This guesthouse is for women only.
There are no men's rooms.
I don't take reservations for men.

In winter, ski and snowboard at Niseko's ski resort, which boasts the world's best powder.
Free pick-up and drop-off in the morning and evening.
We also introduce cheap rentals.
You can stay only in winter.

7,900 yen per person including 2 meals per night. Private room for 2 people 15,800 yen.
We will pick you up at Kutchan Station and Niseko Grand Hirafu Ski Resort for free.

All rooms are private rooms. (7,900 yen for 1 night with 2 meals)

Terms of service(^o^)／
・ No smoking in the entire building.
・ Last check-in is until the train arriving at 18:06 .
・ You cannot go out at night.
・ The lights are off around 23:00. Please refrain from talking in the room or using a mobile phone after the lights are turned off.
・ Please bring your own room wear (sleepwear) towel, toothbrush, etc. (Pajamas are not suitable. Sweats, hoodies or jerseys are recommended).
・ Supper is around 18:30 and breakfast is around 7:15.
・ Please cooperate so that dinner is completed within 45 minutes and breakfast is completed within 30 minutes due to the tidying up of meals. (Please help with the serving. Please bring the tableware to the kitchen in order from the person who finished eating).
・ Unlike other hotel pensions, meals are eaten together with the guests who stayed overnight.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that the following reservations cannot be accepted due to room and facility reasons as it is a small guest house.
・ Those who are scheduled to arrive after the final check-in (arriving at Kutchan Station at 18:06).
・ Those who wish to go out at night (reservations without meals cannot be accepted).
・ Those who do not want to be tied up at a fixed time.
・ Those who cannot keep the pick-up time and meal time.
・ Those who do not receive a reply within 2 days.
・ Those who want to spend time alone or who want to make a fuss by drinking alcohol.
・ Those who want to ski until late (you cannot ski after 16:00).
Shower use is until 21:00. Please use in order at the designated time. You cannot use the shower in the morning.
★ Please note that we do not accept reservations for those arriving by car.
★ Reservations using the reservation form are available until 21:00 pm, 10 days before your stay.
Even if you send the reservation form, the reservation has not been confirmed yet.
The confirmation of the reservation will be confirmed when the customer receives an email confirming that the reservation can be accepted and responds to the email.
Of course, we will reply if we cannot accept the request due to full occupancy.
